DocuSign(DS) is the University of Houston-Downtown's E-Signature System. Forms are posted on our SharePoint portals for students, faculty and staff. To access a form, click on your respective portal. For other questions about DocuSign, see the FAQ below.

Frequently Asked Questions

UH universities use DocuSign as their form signing software to obtain fast and reliable electronic signatures for business-related selected/approved forms on any device.
Click on the SharePoint Portal button at the top of the page. You will be asked to log in using your UHD credentials and authenticate via DUO. Once logged into the portal, you can find all the available DocuSign forms.
You do not need a DocuSign account to sign a form. If you receive a Review Document email, you simply click on the yellow button provided. A new browser window will display the form for you to fill out and/or sign.
In order to have a DocuSign account, you must fill out the DocuSign Access Request form. Once your request is approved by the Business Affairs Department, you will be expected to complete DocuSign 101 training. Additional training may be required for users who request access to features like Templates or PowerForms.
To request a DocuSign account, please click on the SharePoint Portal button and login. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the DocuSign Account Request button.
