House Bill 2504

In 2009, the Texas Legislature passed House Bill 2504 requiring that all institutions of higher learning make the following information concerning undergraduate academic programs available to the public:

  • Class syllabus
  • Curriculum vitae (C.V.) for each instructor
  • Departmental budget if available

The effective date to comply with certain requirements of the bill is August 30, 2010.
