Class descriptions:

Mat Pilates: Strengthen your core, improve posture, and enhance flexibility with our Mat Pilates class. This low-impact workout focuses on controlled movements and mindful breathing to build strength from the inside out. Using just a mat and your body weight, you'll engage deep stabilizing muscles to support better alignment and balance. Perfect for all fitness levels, Mat Pilates helps reduce stress, prevent injury, and leave you feeling energized and centered.
 
Yoga: Yoga is class that involves mind-body connection which helps develop focus, balance, strength & flexibility. With each pose, the body grows stronger and more toned to function better on a daily basis. This class is designed to provide instructions on the basic yoga methods, breathing and stretching. All fitness levels are welcomed.
 
Zumba: Ditch the workout, join the dance party! Zumba blends upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography. This total body workout feels like a celebration. All fitness levels are welcomed.
