MDCOB Undergraduate Advising Virtual Lobby

Virtual MeetingDrop-in advising is normally available on Wednesdays and on the dates listed below from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm*. 

  • March 30 to April 10, 2026 (weekdays only).
  • August 10 to August 28, 2026 (weekdays only).
  • November 2 to November 13, 2026 (weekdays only).
  • December 7 to December 18, 2026 (weekdays only).

*PLEASE NOTE:  Hours are subject to change without notice. Call ahead to confirm drop-in availability and dates.

Follow these steps to access the zoom meeting:

  1.  Please ensure that you are not driving and have your camera turned on. Advising reserves the right to schedule an appointment for you for another day if you are driving and/or do not have your camera on.

  2. Sign into Zoom using your UHD network ID and password. NOTE: review instructions on this page for how to download and install Zoom and sign in with SSO (Single Sign On): https://www.uhd.edu/computing/training-lms/zoom-getting-started.aspx 

  3. Click this link to join the Zoom meeting: https://uhd.zoom.us/j/86963021348. OR enter the Meeting ID: 869 6302 1348

  4. Enter the Passcode: 664082

  5. Have your UHD student ID number ready. An MDCOB staff member will admit you to the virtual lobby as soon as possible. Students are admitted to the lobby in order of arrival. WAIT TIME MAY BE LONGER DURING PEAK TIMES.

  6. Once you have been checked in, you will be assigned to a breakout room. Remain in your breakout room until the advisor joins you. WAIT TIME MAY BE LONGER DURING PEAK TIMES.
