Talent Development

Our team is dedicated to the continual growth of UHD employees and provides personal and professional development opportunities for both faculty and staff.

We deliver professional skills workshops, supervisor/manager training, individual performance coaching, department-specific training and team building, as well as eLearning programs to UHD employees.

Talent Development supports UHD employees through these primary areas:

  • GatorConnect Mentorship Program: The GatorConnect Mentorship Program pairs new UHD employees with experienced staff to support their transition, build cross-departmental connections, and enable lasting professional relationships.
  • Gator Learning: The Gator Learning program offers professional and personal development workshops open to all UHD employees, facilitated by subject matter experts.
  • Gator Aid: The Gator Aid program offers customized coaching and learning experiences for UHD departments addressing specific development needs
  • LinkedIn Learning: Linkedin Learning is an on-demand learning platform that builds in-demand skills in technology, ai-readiness, leadership, and much more.  View faculty and staff login instructions.
