Personal Data Changes - Employee Process Guide

Address, Phone Numbers, Email Addresses, Emergency Contacts

Step 1

Employee logs in to PeopleSoft P.A.S.S., clicks on My Personal Info

Step 2

Employee clicks on applicable section

Step 3

Employee enters changes and clicks Submit

Step 4

Changes are executed in PeopleSoft

Address changes also need to be submitted to:

  • ERS
  • TRS
  • Your ORP provider
  • Your TDA provider
  • Accounts Payable
  • For Students: Academic Records

Name, Education Level

Step 1

Employee logs into PeopleSoft P.A.S.S., clicks on My Personal Info (Name Only)

Step 2

Employee presents to HR Payroll:
Name: original social security card with name change
Education Level: official transcripts

Step 3

HR Payroll:
Name: approves name change in PeopleSoft
Education Level: Enters education level change in PeopleSoft

Step 4

Changes are executed in PeopleSoft
