UHD Employee Relations
UHD Employee Relations provides the University community with professional, discrete and timely counsel on employment concerns, including problem resolution, information sharing and policy interpretation.
The Employee Relations (ER) team makes inquiries and may formally investigate complaints of misconduct when warranted. They also recommend disciplinary or other corrective action when an issue cannot be resolved within a department. UHD employees are encouraged to route issues through their department's chain of command prior to filing a complaint.
