Job Summary
The Records Analyst maintains responsibility for student records processes for the department, including interpreting university policies and procedures for students, faculty, and staff. The Analyst provides and manages a diverse range of support activities for the department.
Duties
- Processes transcript requests
 - Verifies that enrollment requirements are met
 - Develops and produces reports as required
 - Provides support during the registration process, troubleshooting as necessary
 - Maintains and manages records
 - Performs basic bookkeeping tasks
 - Provides customer service support as required

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Minimum of 60 hours of completed college course work
 
Required Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year of related job experience

- Knowledge of the co-requisites and pre-requisites of university enrollment.

- Good technical skills, including proficiency in PeopleSoft;
