Job Summary
The Program Director leads and provides direction for a program, ensuring the efficacy and effectiveness of the program in supporting student success as they transition to and through college.
Duties
- Directs and strategically develops relevant projects; evaluates progress and performance and makes recommendations for improvement
 - Coordinates all state-wide trainings
 - Attends and participates in meetings; provides oversight and guidance to committees
 - Manages grants, ensuring compliance with all grant regulations
 - Develops and manages annual budgets
 - Leads the planning, creation, and implementation of new solutions for student success

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business, Psychology, Social Services, or a related field
 
Required Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years of related job experience
 
License/Certification:
- None required
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree is preferred

- Knowledge of the management of a program in a higher education environment, and of the related trends, issues, and accepted practices;

Work Location and Physical Demands
