Job Summary
The Program Administrator provides operational and administrative support to the program at the University. The Program Administrator coordinates programs to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out following specified objectives. The Program Administrator Serves as program liaison for the department, community advisors, partners, and stakeholders.
Duties
- Provides support to program leadership, including, but not limited to scheduling and other administrative functions
- Maintains the program budget to include various types of accounts and funds
- Coordinates contracts and various financial processes
- Performs database administration for the program and serves as the administrator for the program
- Maintains program records, policies, and procedures
- Assists with the program recruitment, events, marketing, partnerships, program accreditation, and fundraising
- Coordinates program activities and events, prepare agendas and program workflow, managing registration processes, and coordinates information packets
- Develops metrics and analytical data for programs activity and reviews and analyzes the data, and submits reports
Marginal Duties
- Obtains and stays abreast of governmental and other local agencies guidelines that may impact program activities
- May provide support to faculty
- May interact with other departments to promote the goals and objectives of the program
- May perform web design and posts social media announcements
- May ensures program objectives such as program accreditation are carried out and maintains program by-laws
- May require travel
- Perform duties unique to the specific program
- Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree
Required Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of job-related experience
License/Certification:
- Must maintain a valid, current driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of a specific program
- Knowledge in financial and database software
