Job Summary
The Coordinator, Testing is responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and compliance of the TSI program, a state-mandated initiative aimed at ensuring students in Texas public higher education institutions are prepared for college-level coursework. The TSI Coordinator works to help students meet academic readiness requirements and provides essential support and resources for those needing assistance in meeting TSI standards, promoting student success and academic achievement.
Duties
- Serves as the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) liaison by providing guidance and support to students, faculty, and staff on TSI policies and regulations
- Collaborates with the local Independent School Districts to educate students and staff on TSI requirements
- Delivers training sessions on TSI requirements to targeted groups
- Collaborates with Enrollment Management and Academic Advising to notify staff on TSI requirements, policies, and procedures
- Assists with administering TSI exam on and off campus
- Supports weekend and evening institutional and divisional activities
- Designs, implements, and manages materials to support students in TSI preparation to support the transition from high school to higher education

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree
Required Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of related job experience
- Experience with high school college readiness
