Job Summary
The Coordinator, Default Prevention oversees student loan counseling sessions and monitors compliance with the plan to assure lowest possible default rates.
Duties
- Oversees entrance and exit counseling sessions
 - Certifies loan requests and manages repayment data
 - Handles delinquent and default reports
 - Assists students, lenders, guarantors, staff, and faculty with questions regarding student loans
 - Resolves student loan questions
 - Handles incoming and outgoing student loan checks
 - Promotes financial literacy

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Baccalaureate degree or no degree with minimum of two years of job-related experience
