Information security is a shared responsibility. UHD students, faculty, staff, alumni, and visitors all play an important role in keeping our systems and data secure. The information below is designed to help you:

Protecting Your PC

To guard against viruses, malware, and other cyber threats:

  • Install and update antivirus software regularly

  • Run Windows and security updates promptly

  • Use recommended cleanup tools to remove spyware and malware

 

Need IT Help or Want to Report a Security Concern?

The IT Service Desk is your first point of contact for all technology-related questions and issues, including security concerns. Prompt reporting helps ensure UHD systems and data remain secure.

Students can visit Student Technology Services in any of the Academic Computing Labs.
Faculty and Staff should contact the Service Desk directly or via email/remote support.
