Policy Update for 2026:
University departments are encouraged to take advantage of the convenience provided by our in-house caterer.    By using SodexoMagic, organizers bypass the need for external food and alcohol licensing, insurance liability waivers, and vendor contracts.    Choosing in-house catering also ensures greater operational flexibility, directly supports the growth of the UHD community, and aligns with the Universities strategic plan and goals.
