The QEP Process

Reaffirmation of SACSCOC Accreditation is required every 10 years. We are due for Re-affirmation in 2026. Steps in the timeline for UHD’s Reaffirmation Process:

Sept 8, 2025	UHD Compliance Certificate Due
Nov 4-7, 2025	Off Site Review Team Report
March 2-5, 2026	QEP reviewed by the On-Site Review Committee
March 2-5, 2026	UHD’s On-Site Review will take place
May 7-8 , 2026	SACSCOC Board will Review our Accreditation and provide us with decision of reaffirmation
