Situational Awareness is key to noticing when something just doesn’t seem right. Learn how to create your own unique survival mindset. This session will include a simulation as well as the latest research and historic overview of active shooter events.

Self-Defense Techniques Workshop

In this workshop, learn Self-Defense Techniques that will help you fight off an attacker and get away safely. Come practice eight basic self-defense tactics including: knee strikes, front thrust kicks, hammer strikes, bear hug escapes and much more!
