Online Payment Portal Instructions

Payments for Faculty-Led programs are made using the Xenegrade portal. To make payments, you must first create an account separate from your UHD credentials. Students enrolled in the study abroad course will be provided with a link specific to their program in order to access the portal.

 

Follow these steps to create a Xenegrade account and submit your deposit:

    1. Click Register/Login Now button (located on the bottom right side)
    2. Complete the fields needed to create your account
    3. Click Add to Cart
    4. After completing the transaction, logout of the system.

After you have created a Xenegrade account, follow these steps to submit your subsequent payments:

    1. Click Login My Account button (located on the top right side)
    2. Login with username and password that you set when you created the profile for registering the trip.
    3. Click My Account menu option (located on the top right side).
    4. Click View/Pay Invoices menu option to pay the installment amount due.
    5. After completing the transaction, logout of the system.
