Vines & Science: Sip and Savor
Looking to unwind after a long day? What better way to relax and refresh your mind than with a glass of wine from UHD’s 2025 Wine Tasting event! Join Director of the Center for Urban Agriculture and Sustainability, Dr. Lisa Morano, on a guided tour through the history, culture, and creation of four famous handpicked wine varieties. You will learn a little, taste a bit, and leave knowing why you like wine.
“Wine . . . because no great love story started with someone eating a salad.” - Unknown

In addition to taking home a wine wheel, several prizes will be raffled to guests as a token of our appreciation.
