MARCH 31, 2023	Last day to withdraw from a course  (grade of “W” will be assigned)

 

PAYMENT DATES
NOVEMBER 1, 2022	Account Summary available online at myUHD
JANUARY 2, 2023	4 Payment Installment/Deferments Plans available (online only) for Resident, Non-Resident and International students.
JANUARY 2, 2023	Book Loans Available (online only). The book loan option must be executed by February 6, 2023. Book loans will not be available after this date.
JANUARY 14, 2023	Last day to pay for Regular Registration. Payment arrangements must be made by midnight or class(es) will be dropped for non-payment.
FEBRUARY 1, 2023	2nd Installment Plan Payment Due
FEBRUARY 6, 2023	Last day to pay for Late Registration. Payment arrangements must be made by midnight or class(es) will be dropped for non-payment.
MARCH 1, 2023	3rd Installment Plan Payment Due
MARCH 15, 2023	Emergency Deferment Due
MARCH 15, 2023	Book Loan Due
MARCH 31, 2023	4th Installment Plan Payment Due
MAY 15, 2023	Last day to pay term balance to avoid incurring a $50 delinquent fee

 

REFUND DATES
JANUARY 16, 2023	Last day for complete withdrawals to receive 100% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees.
JANUARY 17-23, 2023	Complete withdrawals receive 80% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees. Student still responsible for 20% of total bill.
JANUARY 24-30, 2023	Complete withdrawals receive 70% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees. Student still responsible for 30% of total bill.
JANUARY 31, 2023 - February 6, 2023	Complete withdrawals receive 50% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees. Student still responsible for 50% of total bill.
FEBRUARY 1, 2023	Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal.
FEBRUARY 7-13, 2023	Complete withdrawals receive 25% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees. Student still responsible for 75% of total bill. No reduction in charges after February 13, 2023.
