FEBRUARY 2, 2022	Last day to drop without a grade from a course
APRIL 1, 2022	Last day to withdraw from a course  (grade of “W” will be assigned)

 

PAYMENT DATES
NOVEMBER 1, 2021	Account Summary available online at myUHD
JANUARY 3, 2022	4 Payment Installment/Deferments Plans available (online only) for Resident, Non-Resident and International students.
JANUARY 3, 2022	Book Loans Available (online only). The book loan option must be executed by February 7, 2022. Book loans will not be available after this date.
JANUARY 15, 2022	Last day to pay for Regular Registration. Payment arrangements must be made by midnight or class(es) will be dropped for non-payment.
FEBRUARY 1, 2022	2nd Installment Plan Payment Due
FEBRUARY 7, 2022	Last day to pay for Late Registration. Payment arrangements must be made by midnight or class(es) will be dropped for non-payment.
1st of each month	Installment Plan Payment Due- Payments due 1st of each month after plan is set up.
MARCH 1, 2022	3rd Installment Plan Payment Due
MARCH 15, 2022	Emergency Deferment Due
MARCH 15, 2022	Book Loan Due
MARCH 31, 2022	4th Installment Plan Payment Due
MAY 15, 2022	Last day to pay term balance to avoid incurring a $50 delinquent fee

 

REFUND DATES
JANUARY 17, 2022	Last day for complete withdrawals to receive 100% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees.
JANUARY 18-24, 2022	Complete withdrawals receive 80% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees. Student still responsible for 20% of total bill.
JANUARY 25-31, 2022	Complete withdrawals receive 70% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees. Student still responsible for 30% of total bill.
FEBRUARY 1-7, 2022	Complete withdrawals receive 50% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees. Student still responsible for 50% of total bill.
FEBRUARY 2, 2022	Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal.
FEBRUARY 8-14, 2022	Complete withdrawals receive 25% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees. Student still responsible for 75% of total bill. No reduction in charges after February 14th.

JANUARY 4, 2022	Last day for students to submit all documents to appeal Suspensions
JANUARY 11, 2022	Last day for Math Bypass Testing - MATH 1301 and MATH 1505.  LOCATION - S705 from 10:00 a.m. - 12 noon and 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
FEBRUARY 2, 2022	Official Day of Record/Census Date Student record change deadline/Last day to: appeal residency status drop without a grade receive refund for partial withdrawal change to audit status request an International Student Health Insurance waiver
MAY 14, 2022	Official close of Spring term
MAY 15, 2022	Spring 2022 Commencement
MAY 19, 2022	Grades available in myUHD after 12 noon
