Check out the Wellness & Success Center (WSC) this July!
UHD faculty and staff are invited to try out the WSC this summer. HR has partnered with 3SL to offer you a free 30-day trial membership which includes access to:
- 75,000 square ft. award-winning facility with stunning views of downtown Houston
- Large weight training and cardio training areas with state-of-the-art equipment
- Indoor & outdoor functional training area
- Rock-climbing wall
- 3 exercise studios
- Indoor track
- 3 personal training and massage therapy rooms
- 3 basketball/volleyball/badminton courts
- Locker rooms with showers
Join us on Friday, June 28 from 12-2p in the lobby of the WSC for an open house and light refreshments. Members of the team will be on hand to provide guided tours of the WSC and to answer questions regarding membership, amenities, and the Fitness Release Time employee benefit program.
The fine print: Free trial membership is available to new members only. Must be employed in a benefits-eligible position to qualify.
