Data You Can Use!

Did you know the data you need to complete a report or perfect a PowerPoint for an internal presentation is at yourBinary code graphic with the words 'Data You Can Use' superimposed. fingertips? Literally. The Office of Data Analytics and Institutional Research (DAIR) has uploaded the information in three easy-to-use formats just a click away:

  1. Dashboards of charts and graphs of applicants, students, and course offerings that are updated daily and are helpful in understanding stats surrounding enrollment. There are also dashboards updated less frequently summarizing degrees awarded and FTIC retention/graduation.
  2. eIntelligence for a closer look at multiple years of data, in a tabular format, to show trends for applicants, student, and course offerings.
  3. EAB Navigate, a comprehensive platform used across the campus for student appointment scheduling and outreach and an especially meaningful tool when researching specific student populations. EAB Navigate has a robust set of built-in reports to review outreach to students as well as performance of groups of students.

These tools are for internal decision-making only, and training is available for each data platform:

  • Dashboards: 10-10:30 a.m., first Tuesday of the month, via Zoom
  • eIntelligence: 10-11 a.m., last Friday of the month, in person
  • EAB Navigate: 11 a.m. - noon, third Friday of the month, via Zoom

Registration for the trainings is available on the calendar on the DAIR webpage. DAIR has made it easy for you to know your data and be informed on stats and trends from across the campus.
