Talent Management

The mission of the Talent Management Department is to cultivate a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing educational environment by supporting staff through fair employee relations practices and effective performance management. Talent Management is responsible for:

• Managing UHD's onboarding and off-boarding processes
• Administering the performance management process
• Providing guidance and training to managers and staff regarding the performance evaluations process

Performance evaluations open toward the end of the calendar year. Our department breaks evaluations into small, manageable steps that help managers and employees to engage in a productive dialogue about the employee's responsibilities.
