Payroll and Records Home

The Payroll and Records Department at the University of Houston-Downtown supports employees by administering accurate and timely payroll services and maintaining official personnel records in compliance with University of Houston System guidelines and all applicable federal and state regulations. We provide support for payroll processes, employment and prior state service verifications, and official documentation requests for current and former employees.

If you are a former employee and would like for our department to send over your W-2 forms or reset your password to P.A.S.S. temporarily to access your W-2 form yourself, please contact payroll@uhd.edu.
