Compliance is the personal responsibility of every UHD employee.  As a public institution dedicated to delivering high-quality academic programs, our faculty and staff each hold an important position of public trust. With the growing number of federal and state regulations, it is essential that we honor that trust by carrying out our duties with the very highest standards of ethics and integrity and in full accordance with all applicable requirements in a manner that avoids even the appearance of impropriety.
