Job Summary
The Senior Coordinator of Graduate Services supports MBA recruiting and admissions efforts by assisting applicants through the graduate admissions process.
Duties
- Develops collaborative relationships with community partners to support recruitment efforts
- Creates, develops, and maintains retention program strategies and record-keeping databases
- Participates in the admission and application processes by conducting preliminary interviews, processing applications with supporting materials, monitoring applicant progress, and acting as a liaison with the Office of Graduate/International Admissions and program leader on recruitment and admission issues
- Represents the graduate programs by delivering presentations as required and by attending activities such as college fairs and community meetings
- Organizes and tracks activity conversion success
- Acts as a main point of contact for prospective and current students, providing advice and assistance to graduate students with their registration and graduation applications

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree
Required Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of related job experience
License/Certification:

Knowledge:
- Knowledge of graduate school enrollment procedures and the related trends, issues, and accepted practices
Skills:
- Good technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and PeopleSoft;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

- Ability to serve as a liaison to current and prospective students;
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community
