Job Summary
The Graduate and International Admissions Enrollment Analyst processes graduate and international admissions, provides customer service, maintains student records, and monitors and enters data into databases and systems.
Duties
- Evaluates applications from graduate and international students to determine eligibility for admissions
 - Processes and takes images of all official documents in the system
 - Executes the application and admissions processes to support graduate and international student enrollment
 - Maintains and manages admissions information in the Student Information System, ensuring that the data is accurate
 - Processes and enters SEVIS data according to the guidelines provided by the Department of Homeland Security, maintaining data and quality control
 - Triages incoming inquiries and provides office and telephone coverage

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree
 
Required Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year of related job experience, including experience in recruitment or sales, working with student information systems, and in higher education
