Job Summary
The Assistant Director, Competency Based Assessment guides instructional and non-instructional programs to develop continuous process improvement and reporting. Emphasis will be placed on the ability to engage and work with both divisional and institutional colleagues to foster a culture of inquiry and support a data-informed decision environment.
Duties
- Supports the development and implementation of competency-based undergraduate degrees.
 - Oversees the program, identifying program priorities and determining the most appropriate methods of assessing the effectiveness of the program.
 - Develops courses for Canvas and provides technical support as required.
 - Assists faculty in identifying program-level learning and effectiveness outcomes, collecting data, and conducting rigorous program assessments to ensure curriculum effectiveness.
 - Assists with initiatives aimed at enhancing student ecosystem such as achieving the Carnegie classification for the university.
 - Enters reports and evidence into the accreditation bank.

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Administration, or a related field
 
Required Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of related job experience
