We prefer age 18 or older. It’s important to have someone who is a self-starter and
highly motivated. We prefer someone who is able to write grammatically correct sentences
and paragraphs. It is also important to have someone who is reliable. We prefer psychology
or sociology students. It’s important to us that we can provide valuable learning
experiences to students. Our knowledge base and conversations as an organization are
more appropriate for those disciplines. We require a criminal background check for
someone who would like to be placed in our early childhood center.
