Organization Description
The Hope Center Houston is a faith-based agency that offers a safe place and caring community for our brothers and sisters who are homeless to restore their dignity, provide basic needs, and offer encouragement and help to transition out of homelessness.

Description of Internship
Interns can help provide services such as guest registration, laundry, clothes closet and hospitality. They will have direct access to our homeless guests and can engage them in conversation. They can shadow our social workers, therapists and counsellors.

Criteria for Interns
We will work with any student in a Social Science field. They must be 18 years of age. There will be no background check, but they must be drug free. We need the intern to be flexible as they will be asked to fill in as needed.
