“After I completed my MBA, in 2012, I accepted a full time job as a producer at Dean & Draper Insurance Agency. My uncle, Robert “Bob” Dean, opened the agency 35 years ago so you could say I was “born” into the industry. While I was attending college I held several positions but after I graduated I chose to further my career as a Producer at the agency. The main reason I decided to take this route was the flexibility in my schedule and the potential future income I could make. When you are 100% commission the fact  is there no cap on how much income I can make in a year.  I have the ability to determine my own future.
