Health Fair

The UHD Health Fair is a health and wellness educational event sponsored by Sports and Fitness, the Wellness Committee and the Houston Food Bank. The twice yearly event's goal is to assemble university and community partners to educate students and the university community on health issues with the objective of promoting better health outcomes. The fair offers fitness assessments, fitness demonstrations, free food distribution and valuable information about health and wellness services, screenings and other opportunities.

Free to UHD students and employees.
Free groceries to UHD students, faculty, and staff.
