ABOUT
Donuts with Dr. Dan is an informal session within the Interim Vice President of Student Success and Student Life designed to give students at the University of Houston-Downtown an opportunity to discuss their college experience. We are excited to provide opportunities for Gators to engage, inquire, discover, and learn about everything we have to offer at the university. The Division of Student Success and Student Life is here to support your success and provide assistance where needed as you navigate your collegiate experience.
RESERVE A SESSION
"In my role as the Interim Vice President of Student Success and Student Life, I am interested in learning about your Gator Experience. The Division of Student Success and Student Life is comprised of 15 departments which include the Gator Success Institute, UHD Career Center, Academic Support Center, Basic Needs Center, Student Leadership and Involvement, Sports and Fitness, Veteran Services, Student Counseling Services, Dean of Students, The Center for Student Advocacy and Community, and more. When I speak with students, during these informal sessions I learn a bit more about what we are doing well, where we have been challenged, and where you think we can do better. I call these sessions "Donuts with Dr. Dan" and, yes there are donuts and other refreshments at each session.
