Fatima is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in Computer Science with minors in Mathematics and Data Science. She has a strong foundation in software development and robotics, with experience in technologies such as Python, C++ and Java. Fatima collaborates with IT project managers, applying project management guidelines to maintain and track project progress efficiently and is currently working on revamping the IT PMO site. Fatima is passionate about combining her technical expertise with innovative problem-solving to develop solutions in areas like AI, robotics, and simulation systems. Fatima is eager to apply her skills and interdisciplinary knowledge to advance technology-driven projects in her future career.

Michael is currently an undergraduate senior majoring in Computer Science, with expertise in multiple programming languages, database systems, app development, and database design. He collaborates with IT project management teams to support technology-driven initiatives, showcasing both technical proficiency and teamwork. Michael is particularly focused on a future career in artificial intelligence and software development, aiming to leverage innovative solutions to make a meaningful impact, and these experiences have allowed him to has demonstrated a strong eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally in dynamic environments.

Victor Epuna is pursuing a master’s in data Analytics at the University of Houston-Downtown. With over Four years of experience as a Data Analyst and Software Engineer, he specializes in data analysis, machine learning, and software development using Python, SQL, and functional programming. Passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation, Victor focuses on creating impactful solutions in AI, big data, and data visualization.

- Revamping the IT PMO website to ensure a modern, user-friendly experience for all.
- Updating and reorganizing content.

- IT Project Management Office Homepage
- Updated the staff portion of the IT Project Management Office home page.
- Project Life Cycle Web page
- Created four additional Web pages for each phase of the project life cycle.
- Added descriptions from the IT PMO team of each phase in the project life cycle.
- Created four banners for each page in the project life cycle.
- Created previous and next buttons at the bottom of each page in the project life cycle.
- Created a page for the templates used in each phase of the project life cycle.
- Added tables on the project templates page that lists each template used and the reason for its use.
- Added tables with templates used at the bottom of each page in the project life cycle.
- CMS Migration
- Compared Web pages on SharePoint and Omni CMS for consistency.
- Transferred the meta description and keywords from the SharePoint site to Omni CMS.
- IT Break Room Remodel
- Contacted Facilities Management and Challenge Office Products to assist with the redesign of the break room.
- Requested a price quote from both Facilities Management and Challenge Office Products to incorporate into the proposal.
- Created a proposal to have the project approved by upper management.

- Student Handbook
- Refurbished the overall aesthetic of the book for an up-to-date look using Canva.
- Updated information crucial to students in the Project Management Office.
- Emergency Handbook
- Assembled the physical copy and distributed to their counterparts.
- Published the mobile version that is user friendly as well as easily accessible using Adobe Acrobat and FlipHTML5.
